    I was going at 140 km/h on the highway in the Audi, and noticed the steerign wheel was a bit off. didn't think more about it and left the highway. 2 corners later the steeringwheel lost connection too the wheels. This is the bracket that holds the steering rods to the steering rack. :D

    This could have been quite ugly if it happened just a few minutes before. luckily i was only going about 25 km/h.
    Now i have to go trabi for a few days again. :)

    That should also be within budget. total repar cost: 4 dollars. i could nt get a replacement from audi or other spare parts maker, so i had to go to the breakers yard, and revove the piece myself from a wreck, that, at some point in its life had a tree put where the engine should be. :D
