  2. I have received a lot of messages asking about the future of the forums once my car sells. Well today it sold and will soon be on its way to its new home. With that said, for the forums, there is more information under 'Announcements" titled "Future of the Forums' you could also copy and paste this link: http://www.trabantforums.com/threads/future-of-the-forums-donations.1762/

    Hi all,
I'm looking to buy my first Trabant. I'm based in the UK in the North West, but I can travel and can transport a car.

Ideally I'd like a project but not a basket case. I've called a few adverts so far but they've been dead ends. I'm not fussed about body style, although I do like the estate.

If anyone knows of any please post here or PM me.

    Thanks,
    Stu.

Hey how is it going? Have you found any cars to look at?

    Hi,
I’ve met a few dead ends as mentioned above but I’ve got a positive lead on one. I’m not getting the flags out just yet though, anything could happen....

Hi there, I might have a Kombi project for sale shortly. It is largely complete but needing some resto. Definitely not a basketcase.

Thanks, but I’ve got one now I’ve had it almost a month. See my posts in the general chat section.

Good Luck with the sale though.

    :)
