  2. I have received a lot of messages asking about the future of the forums once my car sells. Well today it sold and will soon be on its way to its new home. With that said, for the forums, there is more information under 'Announcements" titled "Future of the Forums' you could also copy and paste this link: http://www.trabantforums.com/threads/future-of-the-forums-donations.1762/

I'd be interested to find out what other vendors are out there for parts.

    We know about eBay
    Danzer Autoteile
    LDM Tuning

Who else is out there for parts? Thanks for sharing!

Re: What vendor's do you use for parts and how do you rate t

I have to say I was very impressed with Danzer, they don't have as wide of selection as others, but they managed to sort my order very quickly and Andrea's english is fantastic (at least via email)

TrabantWelt was also good, the order arrived with in a week after the payment went through and at a reasonable cost. But they didn't reply to any emails (in english or in german) and they didn't alert me to the fact that the payment had been cancelled/adjusted for shipping costs and I needed to reauthorise it, so I ended up with a week or so delay between order and the actual shipment leaving. So far all parts appear to be in good condition.
